Order Processing & Handling Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
- Orders under £20: Charged a £3 shipping fee.
- Orders over £20: Eligible for free shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or delivery provider for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
