Why did your order got delayed?

In instances where the warehouse is out of stock, it becomes necessary to transfer the product from the factory to the warehouse. When this situation arises, your order may typically experience a delay of 2 to 3 business days.

We provide shipping services to destinations around the globe.

How we charge the shipping fees?

Orders exceeding $20 qualify for free shipping worldwide. For orders below $20, a shipping fee of $3 will apply.

How Long it takes for delivery?

The estimated delivery period is approximately 5 to 10 business days.

What kind of Payment you accepted?

We accept credit card payments through Stripe.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it as follows:

Return Window: You have 30 days from date of delivery to return an item.

Item Condition: The item must be new, in its original box, and in saleable condition.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

Refunds

After your return is received and processed, we will notify you by email whether your refund was approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within the 5-7 business days, and the refund will be made back to your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees except in the case of our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet: Check your bank account. Call your credit card company. Refunds can take a few days to post. Call your bank. Their processing time might be different.

Exchanges

We exchange products only if they are defective or damaged. To start an exchange, email info@myvalvecaps.com within 30 days of order receipt.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Defective or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label. Customer-initiated returns (i.e., ordered wrong item, changed mind): The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If it is for an expensive item, we recommend a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. We won’t be responsible for lost return shipments.
