Why did your order got delayed?

Due to pandemics, the flying capacity for mail and freight is also reduced,

which means that less mail is moving forward. For orders to USA and Canada, the postal shipments may be delayed for weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How to calculate the shipping fees?

Order over $20 will be worldwide free shipping. Order under $20 will be charged for $3 for shipping.

Why the USPS tracking number is not working?

The USPS tracking number we provided usually it takes about 3-4 working days before you can see the update, it is normal that if you don’t see any update when you receive it.

How Long it takes for delivery?

Due to the current global situation, the reduction in flight frequencies by airlines, deliveries to destinations are likely to be impacted by delays as transportation of mail is restricted.

To USA – approximately 15-25 working days

To Canada – approximately 25-40 working days

To Australia – approximately 20-40 working days

To Europe – approximately 20-35 working days (depends on which country)
